Our management team attended a Mental Health First Aid course with Chris recently. The content, pace and delivery was brilliant. Chris is a wonderful person to know and work with and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a trainer to deliver for their company. I completed a level 2 Mental Health First Aid course with Chris this week, and I would highly recommend Chris as he is very passionate about wellbeing and workplace mental health, this makes his course very engaging and interesting. He makes a conscious effort to be warm and welcoming throughout to ensure everyone is comfortable and understands what to expect from the course.Chris is very patient and encourages discussion about topics, giving everyone the chance to speak and get involved, allowing them to learn from each other as well as himself.
